Irene F. (Snyder) Duquette

Irene F. Duquette 92, of North Main on St. in Pascoag, passed away on April 18, 2024. She was the wife of the late Ovila Duquette. Born in Whitinsville, MA, she was a daughter of the late George and Nellie (Hewett) Snyder. In her younger days Irene worked for Edmonds Machine and Tool. She spent most of her life caring for her family and her home. Irene loved playing bingo and cards and going to the casino.

She is survived by her children, Constance Valley of Epson, NH, Katherine Geer, Sharon Fournier, and Duke Duquette all of Pascoag, George Duquette of SC, and Armand Duquette of Woonsocket, a sister Barbara Bacon of Whitinsville and many, many, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her children, Ronald and Judith Duquette and siblings Irving Snyder and Ruth Gauthier.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, April 26, 2024, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
